Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026. This policy explains what information Neon Luck Club collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Plain-language summary. We collect the minimum information needed to run a social casino-style entertainment site, keep accounts safe, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because there is no real money on the Site, we do not collect financial-account information beyond what is needed for optional virtual credit purchases.

6 · Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, hashed passwords, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, and audit logging. The Site is intended for users aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
